Xplana has created a Flash-based activity engine that currently contains more than fifteen activity types. The engine is designed so that additional assessment/activity types can be added with ease and at a minimal cost. The Activity Engine generates learning objects in the form of IMS/QTI XML for assessments, thus being standards compliant.
